The Dutch Air Traffic Controllers' Guild is an organization for air traffic control personnel of Air Traffic Control the Netherlands. It promotes professional and technical interests of its union members.

The goals of the Guild are:

to promote safety, efficiency and regularity of air traffic

to secure the social and socio-economic position of its members' interests

to cooperate with and provide advice in developing and implementing safe, efficient air traffic control systems and procedures

to maintain and develop the high level of professional knowledge and skills of air traffic controllers

to promote solidarity among air traffic control personel, both nationally and internationally

to guarantee the high regard of the Dutch Air traffic controllers in general
